All Vulcan Leaders are manufactured to exacting quality standards which permit the contractor to add or delete sections to meet job requirements. All Leaders are made from the most modern technologies of design and materials to provide long life and useful service.

1. Main Leader Guide Boxes are of special submerged arc welded square tubing, yielding maximum strength with minimum of weight. This shape material allows for maximum welding and gusseting area.
2. Like the Main Leader Guide Boxes, the back leg of the Leaders is square tubing providing large weldment areas for yokes and lacing.
3. End yokes are of heavy angle and are well gusseted to provide strength. Main Leader Guide Boxes have corner pilots which telescope into adjacent sections assuring good guide alignment. Sections are secured together by high strength connections for speed of assembly and safety.
4. Each Leader section is fitted with a full length ladder. The ladder rungs are fastened through the ladder side rail to provide maximum strength and toe clearance.
5. End and intermediate yokes are of heavy angle as is all truss lacing of the Leaders. Yoke extensions to the rear of the Leader make easy the installation of track and accessories. Back lacing is located so as not to interfere with such installations.
